Currently, Luminous Engineering is looking for Diploma Civil Engineers and Diploma Architects to join its growing team and contribute to its ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and monitoring of day-to-day site activities.

  • Ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

  • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

  • Quantity measurement and material estimation for ongoing projects.

  • Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Preparation of bar bending schedules and maintaining proper documentation.

  • Conducting field surveys, leveling, and layout work.

  • Assisting in preparing bills, BOQs, and rate analysis.

  • Ensuring quality control of materials and workmanship at the site.

  • Maintaining site records and assisting in project planning and scheduling.

  • Reporting site issues and progress updates to the project manager or engineer-in-charge.
