Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program planning for Radio Chilmari following the community radio broadcasting and operating policy formulated by the Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Content design for Radio Chilmari assessing the needs of the audience.
∎ Prepare creative and quality radio scripts comprehensible for community people.
∎ Quality production of radio programs.
∎ Inventing innovative ideas to attract the audience.
∎ Broadcasting the programs at the scheduled time.
∎ Communication and coordination with artists, resource persons and different government, non-government and private organizations with the purpose of program production and other relevant issues.
∎ Archiving the on aired program, documentation of the knowledge, prepare reports as and when necessary.
∎ Search for the potential artists in the community and presenting them through the radio programs.
∎ Visit community, different institutions, individuals for outdoor recording and live program from the spot.
∎ Audio recording (Indoor and Outdoor), sound editing and mixing.
∎ Regularly update and maintain the website and social media page of Radio Chilmari.
∎ Regular administrative tasks such as register book maintain, interoffice coordination etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 (three) years experience of producing program regularly in Radio.
∎ Should have skills in script writing, program production & broadcasting and communication.
∎ Must have computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Should have idea about sound editing software.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in English Language.
Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
