∎ Master's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management. Candidates with Professional degree such as MBA/ Post Graduate degree/diploma in Human Resource Management will be given preference;

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 years of work experience in similar position. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral and written, in Bangla and English; Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); Disciplined, organized, and meticulous approach to work; Curiosity, willingness to discover other Human Resources fields and to expand comfort zone; Analytical Skill; Financial calculation skill; Team Work; Field Visit; Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to changing priorities; and Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ "Junior Officer" to be recruited for CDIP, a reputed national development organization reportable to 'Head of HR & OD and Administration'.Support to new candidate recruitment & selection process from Job advertisement, Shortlisting of CV's, joining, placement & orientation, Prepare appointment letter; Ensure to complete final payment of the staff after separation in timely manner; Prepare Offer Letter, Appointment letter & Permanent Letter; Prepare different type of note & various reports on HR & related works; Ensure that all employees personal file and profiles in HRM Software are updated; Assist in processes and procedures for Compensation, Employee satisfaction, HR Audit and other HR related issues; Maintain & update HR documentation, organize files through electronic and other means of communication; Assist with day- to-day operations of the HR functions and duties; Any other task assigned by the authority/management.

∎ Provident Fund; Gratuity; Performance Based Annual Increment, 2 Festival Allowances in a year & Boishakhi allowance; In case of death while in service, the family will be given a certain amount of financial benefit from 'Death Compensation and Employee Welfare Fund'.
