∎ Support the digitization of customer onboarding and document management systems.
∎ Analyze current processes and suggest technology-driven enhancements to improve efficiency.
∎ Work on data collection, data analysis, and reporting to support digital decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to integrate digital solutions effectively.
∎ Participate in user testing and provide feedback on digital platforms and tools.
∎ Assist in training staff on new digital tools and processes.
∎ Monitor industry trends in digital transformation within microfinance and suggest innovative approaches.
∎ Job Overview:
∎ The Management Trainee in the Digitization Department will undergo an intensive training program designed to provide exposure to various digital transformation initiatives within the microfinance sector. The trainee will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement digital tools, and enhance operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
