Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post-Graduation/MBA in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance,
∎ Marketing, Computer Science, Information Management/MIS.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extracting data using special tools and software, responding to data-related queries, setting up processes to make data more efficient, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data.
∎ Manage Primary and Secondary data;
∎ Analyze the data and prepare result;
∎ Prepare analytical reports and generate insights from the result;
∎ Prepare on-demand management reports;
∎ Field visit to identify the processes and design the solutions;
∎ Any other task assign by the supervisor.
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Good Understanding of primary and secondary microfinance data;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ For experienced applicant, age may be considerable (40yrs)
Salary: Tk. 34500 - 40820 (Monthly)

∎ 2 Festival Allowances in a year & Boishakhi allowance;
