Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities :
Network setup and troubleshooting.
Provide IT support and troubleshoot at the internal office.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.
Set up and monitor server and storage functions.
Investigating, diagnosing and solving all IT-related equipment faults and resolving them accordingly.
Manage and troubleshoot problems related to IT equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot for CCTV surveillance.
Basic Knowledge of ERP Software
