∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing, review and revise the human resources management guidelines, prepare group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & Development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
∎ Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
∎ Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions regarding benefits.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, such as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company regulations.
∎ Assist in addressing employee concerns and issues, acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
∎ Support the performance review process by helping to coordinate and track evaluations, providing necessary forms, and assisting with follow-up actions.
∎ Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, ensuring employees have access to necessary development opportunities.
∎ Generate regular HR reports, such as employee turnover rates, headcount, and other key metrics, for management review.
∎ Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing HR-related documents and correspondence.
∎ Responsible for implementing the standard & good HR consulting agencies, Universities and other units.
