Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in developing, review and revise the human resources management guidelines, prepare group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & Development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.

  • Facilitate the on boarding process for new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paper work.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, HR-SIM, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions regarding benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, such as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company regulations.

  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and issues, acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

  • Support the performance review process by helping to coordinate and track evaluations, providing necessary forms, and assisting with follow-up actions.

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, ensuring employees have access to necessary development opportunities.

  • Generate regular HR reports, such as employee turnover rates, headcount, and other key metrics, for management review.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing HR-related documents and correspondence.

  • Responsible for implementing the standard & good HR consulting agencies, Universities and other units and Support with screening new recruitment.

  • Follow up Attendance, Leave Management, Disciplinary actions, expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill etc.

  • Support the HOD with updating HR Policy and ensuring the effective implication of all HR related matters within the organization

  • Prepare appointment/offer letters, schedule interviews, and support information and communication on recruitment in the office
