∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, PGD-VAT & Tax, or a relevant discipline (preferred)

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in VAT management or accounting software
∎ Familiarity with VAT software such as Shampan VAT software or government VAT portals.
∎ Strong understanding of VAT laws and tax regulations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately enter and maintain VAT-related data in the software system.
∎ Ensure proper recording of sales transactions, including goods and delivery services, through VAT challans, invoices, and other financial documents.
∎ Ensure all VAT documentation is fully completed and verified for accuracy before processing.
∎ Generate and review VAT reports to ensure compliance with government tax laws.
∎ Assist in preparing and submitting VAT returns as per regulatory requirements.
∎ Identify discrepancies in VAT transactions and take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Support internal and external audits related to VAT by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
∎ Reconcile VAT records with financial statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
∎ Assist in resolving audit queries and implementing recommendations for process improvement.
∎ Data Entry & VAT Management:
