Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Finance
∎ Professional qualifications such as ACCA (part qualified)/CA CC will be given higher priority.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Email Communications, Excellent communication and presentation skills, hardworking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Posting of daily transactions in accounting software and in Excel.
∎ Prepare the full financial statements in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Decorate and file monthly VAT returns of the companies.
∎ Deduct VDS from the supplier, submit treasury challan, and issue withholding tax certificate to suppliers.
∎ Must be able to manage daily banking and Cash transaction requirements.
∎ Relationship with the bank for various purposes in a timely manner to ensure smooth banking.
∎ Issuing PO to supplier, and process payments while maintaining all necessary documents from the supplier.
∎ Maintaining Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables of the companies.
∎ Contact customers for payment and collect VDS and TDS certificates from customers in a timely manner.
∎ Perform bank reconciliation on daily basis and report to the management.
∎ Preparation of budget and forecast and come up with a financial plan as per budget requirements.
∎ You may be assigned with any additional responsibility at any time, at the sole discretion of the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the preparation of full financial statements.
∎ Must have prior experience in accounting software.
∎ Must have experience in filling VAT returns for the company.
∎ Must be very good in Microsoft office specifically in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
∎ Sound knowledge of VAT and TAX rules.
