Additional Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Mikrotik RouterOS and Cisco configuration (CCNA level preferred).
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, routing and switching.
- Knowledge of PPPoE, VLAN and bandwidth management preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be willing to travel to client sites for support and meetings.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Mikrotik & Cisco devices, Wi-Fi routers and Access Points (APs).
Visit client premises for network setup, maintenance and problem resolution.
Ensure stable operation of FTTx, SME and Corporate connections.
Support network design, implementation and upgrade projects.
Perform PPPoE, VLAN, routing and bandwidth management tasks.
Monitor client networks and prepare technical reports.
Provide remote support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Work under a roster-based duty schedule (including night and weekend shifts).
