Education:
B.Sc. in Computer Science/EEE or, Diploma in Networking/ICT from a reputed institution.

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in networking and cybersecurity support roles.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and certifications are encouraged to apply.
Preferred certifications: CCNA, Fortinet NSE1/NSE2, CompTIA Security+ or similar.
Basic understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, routing, VLANs, and firewall rules.
Strong learning attitude, discipline and good communication skills.
Willing to travel for project deployments and site support.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for network and security incidents.
Support in deploying and managing surveillance systems, access control, and structured cabling.
Assist with firewall rule updates, antivirus and endpoint security deployments.
Work with Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, and other vendor devices under supervision.
Monitor network health and generate routine status reports.
Maintain accurate documentation of network equipment and configurations.
Participate in site surveys, cabling, and equipment installation projects.
Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and assist in internal awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with internal and external teams for project delivery and maintenance.
