Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in Textile Engineering.
∎ Bachelors' degree in any other discipline having required experience in Denim Merchandising.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Denim Merchandising for EU & USA buyers.
∎ Follow the team works sincerely as per instruction of team leader.
∎ Should go through regular learning process.
∎ Collaborate with customers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ Should have good knowledge about garments consumptions & costing.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with vendors for the best quality accessories to develop samples. And following the inflow & outflow of accessories regularly.
∎ Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection.
∎ Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.
∎ Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
∎ Any other works as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
∎ Strong listening & presentation skills.
∎ Should have sound personality to work in team.
∎ Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity.

Salary: Negotiable
