Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the coordination of orders from inception to delivery, ensuring that products are manufactured, delivered, and shipped on time.
∎ Collaborate with design and development teams to bring new woven garment concepts to life, including fabric sourcing, sample production, and quality control.
∎ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for fabrics, trims, and other materials required for garment production.
∎ Oversee the production process, monitor timelines, quality, and quantities to ensure products meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
∎ Support in cost negotiations, budget tracking, and cost analysis to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and meet customer demands.
∎ Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on project status and requirements.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure garments meet the required quality and safety standards.
∎ Maintain and organize order documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and records related to compliance and quality control.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and decisions.
