Job Context:
∎ H R Feed is a sister concern of HR Group. The company is marketing poultry, fish & Cattle feed throughout the country, H R. Feed Invites application from dynamic and suitable candidates for marketing of Mentioned Feed.
∎ Supervise the field, monitoring Sales & collection, and ensure maximum turnover against Sales & Collection in assigned area.
∎ Job Location: Chandpur , Lakshmipur , Noakhali ,Cumilla, Narayangong , Chittagong ,B.Baria ,Kishoregonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company.
∎ Create new agents, regular visit of agents, perspective agents, customers & farmers.
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company.
∎ Competitor's information's, Sales information, others approval reports send to head office time to time.
∎ Maintaining agent & distribution network.
∎ To arrange promotional activity like as farmers meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers.
∎ Develop the brand image of the company.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Technical problem solutions create product demand & help sales to the customer.
∎ Build up strong relationship with farmers, customers, Dealer & feed sales related personnel.
∎ Make Sales & Marketing plan
∎ For satisfying the agents to give instant solution of any problem by concerning the higher management.
∎ To arrange promotional activity like as spot meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers.
∎ Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant corrective and preventive actions, and plan for and deliver best practice initiatives for products to drive revenues.
∎ Others relevant work assigned by Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher /1 to 3 years experience on ( Poultry & Fish) Specialty in cattle Feed
∎ Feed related experienced people are Encouraged to apply
∎ Ability to work effectively within a team Control & Monitoring Skills.
