Job Context:
∎ HR. Feed is a sister concern of HR Group. The company is marketing poultry, fish & Cattle feed throughout the country, H.R. Feed Invites application from dynamic and suitable candidates against of the following vacancies.
∎ Job Location : Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms and sales.
∎ Prepare and process requisition and purchase orders for suppliers.
∎ Control purchasing department budgets.
∎ Review purchases order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
∎ Analyze market and deliver systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
∎ Give presentations about market analysis and possible growth.
∎ Ensure the any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
∎ Make purchase order.
∎ Make purchase invoice after product receive.
∎ Communicate time to time with factory
∎ All machinery item purchase for Feed mill & Rice Mill
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only feed related experience people can be apply
∎ Effective leadership skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
∎ Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
∎ Ability to operate Troyee Software
