Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CS, CSE, EEE, ICT and IT from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Employment start: As soon as possible
∎ Contract duration: Initial contract of one year; based on performance, the contract will be extended
∎ Place of work: Dhaka, Bangladesh Disposition for required occasional traveling within the country
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot printer/Multi-functional printers, inventory & check toner and cartridge.
∎ Expert in MS Office application support, Adobe software packages, network & communication tools and web applications languages.
∎ Any other IT tasks will be assigned by supervisor and HBA/CD/RD.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take care of the day- to-day support and troubleshooting of all in-house software and equipment (desktops, laptops, printers etc.).
∎ Set-up and maintain wireless & wire LAN, wireless router, switch & hub.
∎ Install, configure, administer at Windows and Linux servers.
∎ Maintaining daily IT support logs, IT devices service & maintenance logs and prepare IT operation the reports.
∎ Install and configure network and physical security including firewalls, managing host security, file permissions, file system integrity and endpoint security.
∎ Install, configure OS and troubleshoot the Office application on desktop/laptop environment.
∎ Maintenance of quarterly workstation, IT peripherals servicing for smooth IT operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The individual must conform to the following qualifications and expertise:
∎ Efficiency in PHP, MySQL, C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, VB, Android developer & website maintenance in CMS knowledge.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Active Directory services, File server, Domain server, Gateway server, web server, SAN, NAS, RAID technology and hard and Soft virtualizations.
∎ Good team player and work independently with minimal guidance.
∎ One-year relevant experience with a reputable organization and INGO preferable. Fresh graduates can also apply and experience requirement can be relaxed for excellent performance in the recruitment test for fresh graduates.
∎ Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
