Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Systems/ Technology or related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation of new / existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
∎ Provide high quality end user support through diagnosis of technical issues in a computer system, maintaining them in perfect working condition.
∎ Check daily backups, all system interfaces, hardware and logs.
∎ Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services.
∎ Design LAN, with Copper & fiber, IP, Network & Hardware.
∎ Maintenance and Operate Network in Network interfaced Machines.
∎ Basic IT Support, Such as PC Troubleshoot, Mail/Outlook Configuration, PC Problem finding, Printer (Network/Normal) Installation & Troubleshoot.
∎ Local area Network connection setup and Network Cabling & Testing.
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers and other IT assets.
∎ Setup and maintain organization's computer network which includes LAN and WAN network.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of active directory, file server, CCTV, Print Server, Bandwidth testing.
∎ Knowledge on Internet connectivity & forwarding issues.
∎ Knowledge on Network cabling, switching, routing etc.
∎ Knowledge PC hardware troubleshooting is specially required.
∎ Installing all types of Application Software.
∎ Experience in solving printer, projector, UPS and other office IT equipment's problems.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Good hardware installation experience.
∎ Dedicated and Honest.
∎ Should be regular and punctual.
