Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE or a related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
∎ System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
∎ User Account Management: Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
∎ Software Deployment: Assist in the deployment and installation of software applications, including updates and patches, and ensure proper licensing and documentation.
∎ Network Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IPBX and Wi-Fi access points, to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
∎ Data Backup and Recovery: Assist in implementing and executing data backup and recovery strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of critical data.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations. Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
∎ IT Asset Management: Assist in managing IT assets, including inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal, while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
∎ Security Compliance: Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of company data and infrastructure.
∎ Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
∎ Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications.
∎ Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
∎ Applicant must have experience in MIS and IT System Management.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and team members.
∎ A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principles is a plus.
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service, MIS Reporting.
