• Basic knowledge of warehouse management and Inventory control.

• Familiarity with SKU system and barcoding.

• Good physical stamina and ability to handle warehouse tasks.

• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability.

• Teamwork and coordination skills.

• Experience in e-commerce or Retail fulfillment is an additional advantage.

Junior Executive (Warehouse & Fulfilment) is responsible for managing warehouse and order fulfilment operations, including inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch coordination. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and process product accurately and efficiently.

• Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage.

• Ensure proper SKU labeling and product stock placement.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse & Fulfilment Center.

• Ensure proper packaging to avoid damages during dispatch.

• Coordinate with Courier partners for timely dispatch.

• Handle returned products and inspect.

• Candidates with prior E-Commerce warehouse & Fulfilment experience will get preference.
