Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the sales team in managing daily sales activities and distribution operations.
∎ Support in tracking sales orders and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.·
∎ Help monitor and maintain product inventories to meet customer demand without overstocking or understocking.
∎ Assist in preparing sales reports and updates for management.
∎ Assist in the creation and maintenance of product displays, ensuring that they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
∎ Support the merchandising team in planning product assortments and ensuring proper product placement for maximum sales impact.
∎ Help in the preparation of product catalogs, price lists, and promotional materials.
∎ Maintain an understanding of market trends and customer preferences to support product recommendations.
∎ Respond to customer queries, and provide support in resolving issues related to orders or deliveries
