Responsibilities & Context:
To support the sales department by handling order processing, maintaining sales data in the ERP system, and coordinating between sales, warehouse, and accounts for smooth order execution.
Key Duties:
- Receive, check, and process sales orders from SRs, distributors, and sales managers.
- Encode and update orders in the ERP system (Sales Module) — training will be provided.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for product dispatch and delivery.
- Track stock availability, pending orders, and delivery status.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and order reports.
- Maintain customer, distributor, and product master data.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the sales team
