∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, ETE,IT, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MIS

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve business processes.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related problems.
∎ Analyze business requirements and recommend technological solutions to meet organizational goals.
∎ Conduct training sessions to educate employees on system usage and best practices.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MIS to propose innovative solutions.
∎ Daily Monitoring/ Health check of all running workstations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidates should have pleasant personalities be confident, sincere, proactive, and intelligent.
∎ Proven experience working with information systems, databases, and technology infrastructure.
∎ Proficiency in database management, system administration, and network protocols.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Familiarity with programming languages, data analytics, and business intelligence tools is desirable.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
