Responsibilities & Context:

Working in the Human Resources (HR) department of the company, closely with other HR team members, hiring managers, and employees across various departments. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of the role.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assisting in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Conducting initial interviews or pre-screening calls with candidates.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and training records.
  • Ensuring that all HR-related documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Managing the HR database and ensuring the accuracy of employee information.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees with HR-related concerns or questions.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and diversity metrics.

General Administrative Support:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department.
