The Key Responsibilities will be

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans by coordinating with the cutting, sewing, and finishing teams, and ensure realistic capacity allocation.

• Track actual production output versus planned targets, identify variances, and report potential bottlenecks or delays to the planning team.

• Assist in creating and updating T&A plans, ensuring tasks like sample approvals, fabric testing, trim approvals, and production milestones are achieved on schedule.

• Monitor complete order status from confirmation to shipment, and follow up with merchandising for updates, approvals, and any changes in buyer requirements.

• Track fabric, trims, accessories, and other material arrivals; coordinate with procurement, commercial, and stores to ensure timely material readiness for production.

• Conduct routine floor visits to check Work-In-Progress (WIP), ensure smooth workflow, identify issues, and coordinate with production and quality teams for quick resolution.

• Maintain accurate production data, capacity sheets, dashboards, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly planning reports; update ERP or Excel-based planning tools regularly.

• Maintain effective communication with merchandising, production, IE, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and timely order execution.

• Maintain proper planning documentation and ensure adherence to internal SOPs, reporting standards, and planning guidelines.

• Support initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce delays, enhance coordination, and contribute ideas for overall production efficiency
