Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor factory transport staff attendance, work schedule etc.
Keep record & update of vehicle TAX Token, Fitness and road permit, vehicle registration & driver license.
Prepare monthly cost reports of vehicle repair maintenance.
Preserve the legal documents of vehicle.
Fuel slip providing to driver.
Prepare the monthly budget for vehicle renewal.
Monitoring & keeping records of all vehicles accidents & take the necessary steps.
Check & storage all transport bill to software.
Monitor fleet performance using telematics or GPS systems and provide recommendations for vehicle efficiency improvements.
Ensure that all vehicles are legally compliant with road safety standards, licensing and insurance requirements.
This role includes conducting regular inspections, managing vehicle records, coordinating with drivers and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
