Experience:
Prefer fresh Textile Engineer from BUTEX/ AUST/ NITER/ BGMEA.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Commercial awareness.
Assist in coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding product development and order execution.
Support in preparing product samples and ensuring timely submission for buyer approval.
Help maintain accurate order tracking, shipment schedules, and documentation.
Follow up with production teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
Assist in cost negotiation discussions under guidance of senior merchandisers.
Learn and apply basic merchandising concepts, including product specifications, fabric types, trims, and accessories for knitwear.
Prepare and update reports on order status, sample approvals, and shipment plans.
Maintain proper communication records (emails, files, purchase orders) for assigned tasks.
Participate in market research to understand trends, buyer preferences, and competitive products.
Support ERP data entry and other merchandising system updates.
