Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all types of administrative tasks in the office.
∎ Ensuring a safe, secured, clean and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
∎ Ensure day to day smooth functioning of organizational operations and management.
∎ Perform general administration and logistic service for the company.
∎ Managing different corporate CSR events.
∎ Keep proper track of the daily expenditures.
∎ Providing logistics supports in day to day administrative work.
∎ Vendor management, coordinating with the purchase & accounts team for all kinds of admin related quotation & PO.
∎ Make sure that all goods/ services are received as per PO. Check all bill related to admin purchases and submit accounts on time.
∎ Handle petty cash and maintain daily records with proper support.
∎ Verify and prepare different bill for employees and confirm with HR payroll.
∎ Arrange food for visitors and official meeting/functions.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
