∎ 1. Full knowledge on Labor law
∎ 2. Compliance related audit ( Social compliance etc)
∎ 3. PGDHR First preference
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Factory Compliance

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ? Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter and transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by top management
∎ ? Maintain biometric database for insurance
∎ ? Prepare and issue letter for outgoing workers
∎ ? Proper documentation of personal file, record of employees/staffs
∎ ? Ensure that attendance report, leave record, salary and OT sheets are prepared as per local law
∎ ? Prepare salary sheet and pay slip
∎ ? Prepare the bills-final settlement, subsistence allowance etc.
∎ ? Arrange training program for workers and staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, firefighting, health & safety etc.
∎ ? Proper documentation of all meeting and training documents
∎ ? Deal with disciplinary action of employees and staffs
∎ ? Deal with buyers in connection with compliance issues
∎ ? Any other task assigned by management.
∎ ? To ensure updating of personal file of workers and staffs.
∎ ? To ensure weekly housekeeping and general cleanliness of toilets, dining and floors.
∎ ? Any other action which is required to be taken in need as directed by the management.
∎ ? Decent knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015
∎ ? Any other task given by the Head of the department & management.
∎ ? Floor observation, worker’s problem handling & implement the industrial relations.
