Must have basic knowledge of vegetable cultivation and fish farming.
Ability to supervise workers and manage field activities.

Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise all activities of the factory vegetable garden.
Ensure proper weeding, fertilization, irrigation, and plant maintenance.
Monitor workers and ensure assigned tasks are completed properly.
Maintain records of cultivation, fertilizer use, and harvesting.
Oversee pond project and fish farming activities.
Ensure proper fish feeding, water quality, and health management.
Coordinate with management for planning and improvement of production.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in garden and pond areas.
