In this circumstances, We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal oriented mindset, and well mannered; The major Responsibilities of candidate will be

1. IT Infrastructure & Hardware:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and handheld devices (Switches, rotuers, access points);
• Basic troubleshooting of networking devices (switches, routers, access points).
• Knowledge of CCTV system setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of industrial machine connectivity to IT systems (knitting machines with digital interfaces).

2. Networking & Communication:

•  Basic LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of IP addressing, VLAN basics, and cable termination (RJ45 crimping, patch panel setup);
• Familiarity with wireless network setup and signal troubleshooting in large production floors;

3. Software & ERP:

•  Basic knowledge of ERP/MIS used in garment manufacturing (e.g., Infor, FastReact, or custom ERP);
• Ability to install and update production-related software on knitting machines’ controllers;
• Understanding of real-time production monitoring systems and data collection devices.

4. Data Management, Security & Backup:

•  Ability to generate IT-related reports for production and management. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel Powerpoint for data analysis.
• Knowledge of antivirus installation and update.
• Basic understanding of firewall rules and internet security policies. Backup management for production data and system configurations.

5. Support & Maintenance:

•  Basic knowledge of ERP/MIS used in garment manufacturing.
• Ability to install and update production-related software.
• Understanding of real-time production monitoring systems and data collection devices.
• Ability to generate IT-related reports for production and management;
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and production data analysis;
• Knowledge of antivirus installation and update;
• Basic understanding of firewall rules and internet security policies;
• Backup management for production data and system configurations;
• Ability to provide floor-level IT support to production supervisors and Staff;
• Preventive maintenance planning for IT devices in harsh industrial environments.

6. IT Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide first-level IT support for office and production floor users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

7. Hardware & Device Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, barcode scanners, handheld terminals, and related devices;
• Ensure knitting machine controllers and related IT interfaces are functional;

8. Networking & Connectivity:

• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across office and factory floors.
• Perform cable management, switch configuration, and network troubleshooting;

9.Software & ERP Operations:

• Assist in ERP/MIS data entry, updates, and troubleshooting related to production and inventory.
• Support the integration of production monitoring systems with IT infrastructure;
• Ensure uninterrupted IT service for knitting machines and production monitoring devices;
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve IT-related disruptions in operations;

10.Data Backup Management and IT Security:

• Perform regular backup of production and office data. Ensure data integrity and assist in report generation;
• Monitor and maintain antivirus and security patches on all systems. Follow factory IT security policies to protect data and devices;

11.Preventive Maintenance & Inventory:

• Schedule regular maintenance for IT equipment in the factory environment.
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and accessories.

12.Coordination & Documentation:

• Coordinate with senior IT staff for advanced issues;
• Maintain logs of IT incidents,repairs,and preventive activities;
