All Government Polytechnic Institutes like Dhaka Polytechnic Institute/Comilla Polytechnic Institute/Kushtia polytechnic institute/Khulna polytechnic institute/Rangpur polytechnic institute/Rajshahi polytechnic institute/Bogura polytechnic institute etc. are preferable.
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and calibration methods.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, execute, and document hydraulic calibration routines for pile machines.
Calibrate and validate pile charts, load profiles, and performance metrics against standards.
Perform data analysis (statistical methods, signal processing) on calibration results; generate clear reports and recommendations.
Update calibration SOPs, work instructions, and acceptance criteria.
Interface with suppliers and internal teams to ensure calibration equipment and references are accurate.
Support maintenance and repairs with calibration insight; participate in root cause investigations for anomalies.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (ISO, OSHA as applicable).
