Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
∎ Conduct research to understand prospective clients’ training needs, organizational challenges, and growth goals.
∎ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for training inquiries and program development.
∎ Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand the training requirements of client organizations and tailor NetCom Learning’s solutions to meet those needs.
∎ Collaborate closely with clients to create customized training plans that address skills gaps, foster employee productivity, and enhance team performance.
∎ Prepare, deliver, and refine presentations, proposals, and pricing options to present NetCom Learning’s services and value proposition effectively.
∎ Stay informed on industry trends in corporate training, technology, and workforce development to identify new opportunities and challenges in the market.
∎ Gather insights on competitors’ offerings and market conditions to adjust NetCom Learning’s approach and maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Provide feedback to the product development team to inform the creation of new training programs aligned with emerging business needs.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
∎ Work with marketing to create campaigns, content, and materials to support business development efforts.
