Experience:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Conduct research to understand prospective clients’ training needs, organizational challenges, and growth goals.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for training inquiries and program development.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand the training requirements of client organizations and tailor NetCom Learning’s solutions to meet those needs.
Collaborate closely with clients to create customized training plans that address skills gaps, foster employee productivity, and enhance team performance.
Prepare, deliver, and refine presentations, proposals, and pricing options to present NetCom Learning’s services and value proposition effectively.
Stay informed on industry trends in corporate training, technology, and workforce development to identify new opportunities and challenges in the market.
Gather insights on competitors’ offerings and market conditions to adjust NetCom Learning’s approach and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide feedback to the product development team to inform the creation of new training programs aligned with emerging business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Work with marketing to create campaigns, content, and materials to support business development efforts.
