Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE from any reputed University approved by UGC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure technology is accessible & equipped with current hardware & software.
∎ Provide user-level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
∎ Maintain the integrity of all operating systems and servers for the seamless operation of the organization.
∎ Capturing, storing, and processing data & maintain the security of these systems
∎ Provide high professionalism and end-user satisfaction and work well with others.
∎ Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.
∎ Familiarity with Computers, IP Printers, Copiers, IP Phones, and CCTV setups to make sure they are working correctly and ensure their regular maintenance.
∎ Need to have an intermediate knowledge of digital marketing.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas & methods) is preferable.
∎ Ensure the smooth operational status at various functional areas especially where there are high levels of IT penetration
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
