Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive art lessons aligned with Pearson's Edexcel Curriculum.
∎ Inspire students to explore their artistic potential through various mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art.
∎ Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students refine their artistic skills and develop their unique artistic voices.
∎ Organize and curate art exhibitions, showcasing students' work and celebrating their talents.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects and curriculum.
∎ Stay informed about current trends in art education and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
∎ Manage and maintain art supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and organized studio environment.
∎ Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress and achievements in art.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in a related field will be preferred.
∎ Prior experience teaching art to students at various grade levels.
∎ Proficiency in Pearson's Edexcel Curriculum or willingness to undergo relevant training.
∎ Strong artistic skills with a portfolio of your own artwork.
∎ A genuine passion for art and a desire to inspire young learners.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Adaptability and flexibility in teaching approaches to meet diverse student needs.
