• Day and night both shifting duty required;

• Must have experience in a renowned woven garments factory;

• Self- Motivated and responsible;

• Good Communicational skill both in Bangla & English and Well behaved;

• Good in Computer Operation;

• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

• Have to take 100% responsibility for cut to ship & cut to stitch;

• Coordinating with supervisors, IE, Technicians, and Production Executives & Quality Executive for production;

• Following hourly production with supervisors & executives;

• Coordinating with line managers of finishing department;

• Maintaining line discipline;

• Tracking and monitoring daily target achievement;

• Report to production head on its daily production status;

• Strong production leadership with problems solving skills;

• Plan and organize productionschedules to meet deadlines and production targets;

• Resolve production issues and coordinate with other departments as necessary;

• Any other task assign by the management.
