∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with conceptual design, construction documents, material research, code analysis and preliminary specifications;
∎ Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents;
∎ Prepare & Develop design imagery for presentation materials;
∎ Composes and distributes professional correspondence using individual initiative and as assigned;
∎ Presentational development of proposals, designs, sketches and technical documentation for Client;
∎ Establishment & Assembly of drawing sets and company drawing standards;
∎ Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;
∎ Accomplish the following projects as the job captain using Revit software from conceptual design to sets of construction documents.
∎ Manage technical architects for development and support of existing and new design to support company infrastructure.
∎ Sketch design, municipal drawings, presentation drawings, elevations, co- ordination with the Architect team.
∎ Work on MEP drawings for ongoing projects with guidance of the engineer.
∎ Design and implement the authentication and authorization of business layer.
∎ Collaborate with the on-site engineer, consultant, project manager.
∎ Work on Service now scripts by using Java script including client scripts and mail scripts.
∎ Develop 2d drawings using Auto-cad and computer aid 3d models using 3dmax and Sketchup.
∎ Perform any task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop;
∎ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp;
∎ Creative problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ People with No Experience with the Revit software are highly discouraged to apply.
