Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm.
- Must have experience in developing as-built drawing of RCC and steel building, industrial shed.
- Should have good knowledge on architectural design of residential, commercial and residential project.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Have knowledge about BNBC-2020, especially the architectural requirement for industrial factory buildings.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparation of as-built architectural drawing for conducting detailed engineering assessment (DEA).
- Developing master plan and architectural drawing of new residential, commercial and industrial project.
