Job Responsibilities:
∎ They will participate in the creation of new products and features, driving the idea from concept to launch.
∎ They will work cross-functionally gathering product requirements and prioritizing the implementation of features to ensure the roadmap exceeds market needs and is highly usable to our users.
∎ Understand the product and the needs of clients.
∎ Use customer feedback, competitive analysis, and other metrics to guide product roadmap
∎ Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years of Product Manager experience in an Agile / Scrum Development team preferred but not required
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ ***Other requirements-
∎ Spoken English Skill- Good (Need to talk with the head office of the company which is in USA)
∎ At starting which is the initial start period - Need to work, attend meetings & training on pacific standard time (Which is at night in BD time zone)
∎ Then after the initial period working time 9am to 5pm Bangladesh time and need to attend meetings & training on pacific standard time if needed.
∎ SetSchedule wants to open an office in Dhaka in the future. So need to work on the office when it will start.
