Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making regular trips to distributor and retailer locations to establish rapport, guarantee sales for the business, and offer customer service;
∎ Making routine trips to the market to observe competition activity and market coverage;
∎ Reaching the daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets based on pack size;
∎ Growing the company by establishing a reliable distribution network and keeping in touch with possible distributors and dealers;
∎ Keep an eye on the distributor/dealer's performance on a daily basis;
∎ Gathering market orders, distributing them to designated distributors, and guaranteeing product delivery;
∎ Identifying gaps in the market, selecting and assessing distributors, and guaranteeing safety and compliance standards;
∎ Helping the line manager create and carry out yearly and monthly sales plans.
