Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), IT Support Service, LAN/ WAN
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cable installation, CCTV cameras installation, NVR configuration.
∎ Provide support to end-users locally and remotely.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions as well as network issues as it relates to the CCTV system.
∎ Cat 6 structured cable system installation, termination, and testing.
∎ Install and configure router, Switch.
∎ Monitor and maintain IP network, IP camera.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Replace parts as required.
∎ Work continuously on a task until completion . (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
∎ Test and evaluate new technology.
