Responsibilities & Context: - As Deputy Manager /Manager in the Sales & Marketing Department you will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth for our Cement manufacturing company. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B sales, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Here are the core responsibilities for this position :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand the company's client base.
- Ensure smooth delivery of the cement and monitor proper documentation.
- Collect regular market information about customers as well as competitors
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and ensure long-term business relationships.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and product development teams to align sales strategies with production capabilities and market trends.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify areas for business growth and product improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and identify new market opportunities.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while ensuring profitability and competitive advantage.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising
- Lead, mentor, and train junior sales staff to develop a high-performing sales team.
