The main goal is to ensure smooth sales processes while facilitating efficient internal operations. Below are the key job responsibilities for the position:
Prepare regular reports on sales activity, order status, and customer feedback to provide insight into sales performance and areas for improvement
Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling
Monitor sales performance and help identify trends, opportunities, or challenges based on internal data and reports documentation
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, inventory status, and other key metrics
Assist in sales forecasting based on historical data, market trends, and input from the sales and production teams
Collaborate with the Accounts Department to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from customers
Keep records of orders, customer interactions, and sales history up-to-date for efficient future referencing and follow-ups
Assist the Accounts Department in reconciling payments with orders, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
Coordinate meetings, calls, or conferences for the sales team, production, and customers as needed
Keep both digital and physical filing systems organized for easy access to sales orders, customer records, and related documentation
Monitor regular movement of sales team through tracking system and report accordingly
Coordinate with concerned departments while settlement of final clearance of sales persons
Any task assigned by Management
