Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive DO as per Delivery Schedule
∎ Generate LD Card as per quality, Bundles and Ensure proper loading as per slip
∎ Check scale and weight slip
∎ Prepare floor plan and stock position for loading of trucks & trailers as per instruction received from in charge
∎ Execute availability of manpower for bending and loading
∎ Ensure proper documentation related of VAT and Delivery process as per standard
∎ Accomplish Manual Bending productivity to keep available bend product as per requirement
∎ Adherence to reduce process delay time of the bending and loading activities to achieve delivery target
∎ Handle and accomplish process and disposal of non-confirming product, wastage to keep delivery area neat and clean.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate generation of delivery challan and gate pass as per policy
∎ Ensure proper checking of labor attendance and labor related documents up keeping
∎ Work closely with field level staffs, transport and workers to ensure the plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs
∎ Communicate when required and appropriate responses to product query resolution helpline for the sales force
∎ Ensure safety by using PPE and maintenance of PPE properly and ensure safe way operation at WH
∎ Collaboration with sales people as well as customers
