FMCG Sales & Marketing, Food and Beverage, Trade Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor trade scheme date on daily basis, take action for necessary changes on ERP, and communicate with field forces.
∎ Regular communication with field force and monitor all trade program for better implementation of the program.
∎ Maintain and update trade analysis file to monitor trade expenses properly.
∎ Responsible for proper communication of approved trade scheme to respective concern.
∎ Design & calculate sales force & distributor incentive (Regular/Special).
∎ Prepare monthly trade scheme budget proposal & national target of ADL within Snoop process and make necessary system update.
∎ Prepare & design special trade program like-Slab, Memo & QPDS (specially for Powder Milk) program as per sales & Marketing team requirement.
∎ Evaluation of pre and post trade promotion through estimated ROI and IMS figures for impact analysis.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advance level of Excel.
