Key Responsibilities:
Should have experience in handling all the Civil, Interior material, Electrical Sanitary purchases.
Procurement of vendors/laborers for all types of civil & interiors works.
Conduct a Every day market visit to assess product pricing and quality per the line AGM/Manager instructions.
Collecting requirements and preparing purchase requests.
Collect quotations from local vendors and prepare comparative statements.
Issue purchase orders (PO) after approvals and ensure on-time delivery.
Execute the Purchase as per the purchase order.
Maintain procurement records and files in both physical and digital formats.
Good experience in getting credit-based materials, purchasing, and labor/vendors.
Preparing the payment approval form and ensuring that the advances, part payments, and final settlements are made to suppliers/Vendors on time.
Ensure all procurement activities are as per company policies and audit requirements.
Ensure the Quality of Material and make honestly accomplishing his duty.
