Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must distribute the fabric in accordance with FIFO and update the system to a fabric processor, additional units, dyeing mills, or vendors.
∎ To maintain proper records in the file of all items received from foreign or local vendors, check and prepare the GRR.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
∎ knowledge of fabric possessions. Depending on the factory's product profile, one may require knowledge in the woven and knitted fabric categories.
∎ Can do physical verification of fabric received from other mills and fabric suppliers.
∎ To prepare reports weekly and monthly.
∎ Receiving and delivering materials properly as per documents.
∎ Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of stored inventory.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
