Responsibilities & Context:
A.I Lab i.e. storage and distribution of semen related products, in this case the following tasks are performed.
Semen receiving and storing (regular addition of nitrogen to semen banks and other mother cans).
Supplying demand for products (AI Sheath, AI Hand Gloves, AI Card)
Supporting the distribution of semen, taking delivery of products as per demand and making necessary distribution arrangements.
Taking semen demand from dealers through distributors for distribution all over the country. If the demand of dealers for semen is not satisfactory, contact the dealers directly to know the overall situation and take necessary measures to increase the demand.
Monitoring the counting of Semen delivered to the dealers and entering the calculated goods into ERP, checking the bill against the calculated goods, after signing from the account branch, giving delivery entry from ERP, signing the invoice.
Finalizing the list of eligible LSTs by contacting dealers, marketing officers and working LSTs and retired LSTs after submitting the resume form and necessary documents of new LSTs seeking admission.
Printing of stamp paper for contract of newly admitted LSTs.
To provide information about the rules for use of nitrogen containers with classes of admitted LSTs and to provide information about the price of ADL`s semen and also the bonus admissible free of charge.
After the training of the newly admitted LSTs, if they pass all kinds of tests, make a list of them and take the transaction information from the account branch and finally arrange to distribute the restriction card to them.
Coordinating nitrogen collection required for semen production, semen storage and field distribution.
Preparation of accumulated nitrogen bill. Verifying the tour bill of semen delivery and calculating the cost of delivery per semen.
Preparation of bills for semen production and semen distribution.
Evaluating newly purchased nitrogen containers and preparing test reports.
Participating in making our use of ERP software useful and practical by discussing various issues.
Preparation of dealer wise semen distribution report at the end of the month.
Liaising with suppliers for procurement of semen production aids (semen straws) and semen distribution aids (sheaths, gloves, nitrogen containers) etc.
