Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Physics/ Engineering or any other relevant subject.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor quality standards of products, implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
∎ To perform Quarantine, Sampling and Final Pass efficiently of the received Raw Materials.
∎ Perform the Batch release activities of finished goods and keep the records.
∎ To prepare the Shade Cards of any new or modified designs of the customers' according to the Standard Operating Procedure of Design Control.
∎ Prepare QC Test Reports for samples, finished products, raw materials and for other related items.
∎ Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every Batch delivery.
∎ Prepare and perform the test of the stability of the product as per SOP.
∎ Check and review the IPQC data sheet and Job Order form.
∎ Circulate/distribute all the SOPs and Pass tags where necessary.
∎ Take necessary preparations to perform Internal Audit, Data Analysis, Risk Analysis, required Trainings and to meet Quality Policy.
∎ Prepare the relevant departmental SOPs and monitor all the SOPs that are included in cGMP to meet the standard of QMS.
∎ Inspection, investigation, and taking of samples, in order to monitor factors which may affect product quality.
∎ Ensure the qualification and maintenance of relevant department, premises & equipment and appropriate process validations are done.
∎ Must follow the ISO 9001:2015 guideline to maintain proper QMS and development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Work experience in a laminated plastic tube/label printing & packaging manufacturing company/ Pharmaceuticals or related company is preferred.
∎ Certification related to QMS,GMP will be an advantage.
∎ Must willing to do night shift when needed.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
